TYRONE            BARNETT

Musician, Teaching Artist, Songwriter, Performer

SERVICES

Experienced teacher for ages 6 months - 4 years

I have been teaching classes for babies and toddlers since 2011. So much fun! I use material by Raffi, Shel Silverstein, as well some re-imagined pop hits and originals to introduce young ones to the joy of making music.

All Ages

Wether you're 6 or 65, just starting out or trying to get to that next level, I will guide you and encourage you with a custom lesson plan that will be effective while maintaining a connection with the joy and inspiration that drew you to music in the first place.

For Children, Babies and Toddlers

I love entertaining kids, engaging with them, making them laugh and light up when they hear their favorite song. I like to mix in children's classics as well as some oldies hits for the adults, and bring some percussion instruments so everyone can get in on the fun.

Guitarist, Singer, Multi-Instrumentalist

I'd love to work on your project with you. I'm reliable, versatile, professional. Very comfortable onstage and in the studio. It's what I was put on this earth to do.

CONTACT

I remember the first time I met my childhood best friend. I was three, toddling along a paved driveway. Guinea hens brayed and ran under a weather-gray wooden rail fence, a patchwork herd of goats meandered in a dry pasture. A massive blackberry hedge was in the process of swallowing a sinking barn and the Winnebago parked next to it, helpless on it's flat tires.
I continued down the driveway until, on my left, I saw a crystal clear swimming pool. The bottom was baby blue, like a '57 chevy.
A family was lounging along the brick border surrounding the pool, listening to a portable radio tuned to "Musica Romantica." Like a dream, I floated over the green lawn, through the gate in the chain link fence, and found myself face to face with someone whose bobble head was the same height as my own. We stared curiously at each other, unsure of what to do.
To break the ice, I sang him a song I had learned.
